Rolls-Royce Silver Dawn 1954
Stylistic grandeur, aristocratic lines, technical excellence and the ultimate in refined interiors all combined to produce the famous and sought-after 'state-of-the-art' Rolls-Royce Silver Dawn of the early 1950s.
One of the first of the 785 examples built, this one was bought new by its first owner in 1954 and kept in show condition until 1972, since when it has been fastidiously looked after by it current owner. It boasts Rolls-Royce's first automatic four-speed gear-box coupled to its smooth and silent six-cylinder 4.5-litre engine. A luxury leather interior seats four people comfortably and is fitted with every convenience: sliding sunshine roof, cigar lighters, illuminated vanity mirrors, folding occasional tables built in to the back of the front seats, as well as the deepest pile carpeting and a spacious boot.
All these luxuries enabled the successful or famous owners to cover long distances in great comfort, reaching their villas on the Mediterranean effortlessly and in the grandest of styles. Arrive at your special event in the same grand manner!
